| HAIR AND MAKEUP POLICIES [DOWNLOAD] DAY BOOKINGS A day rate is eight consecutive hours between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. MINIMUM TIME BOOKING Two-hour minimum at artist’s hourly rate. Length of job must be specified at time of booking. Full time booked must be paid even if actual time is less. OVERTIME RATES Apply before 9:00 am and after 6:00 pm on weekdays; all day on weekends and holidays. TENTATIVE BOOKING I f a client fails to exercise the option to confirm or release a hold within four hours o f noti fication, the agency reserves the right to cancel the hold to allow secondary option to take precedence. EDITORIAL RATES One half artists normal rate with credit line. Full rate applies without credit line. WEATHER PERMIT BOOKINGS Must be specified at the time of booking. Weather permit cancellations not rebooked are subjects to full fee. TRAVEL Greater Dallas metroplex travel charge is fi fty dollars. All other travel time will be charged at half of the artist’s day rate. EXPENSES All are to be paid by the client in advance. Reimbursement for damages or theft o f props or merchandise is the responsibility o f the client. CANCELLATION Confirmed booking cancelled more than twenty- four hours in advance are charged at one half rate. Confirmed bookings cancelled within twenty- four hours are charged at full rate. AGENCY FEE A fee of twenty percent will be charged on all print bookings. FINANCE CHARGE A finance charge will be applied to all invoices not paid within thirty days. |
