Independent Artists (IA Agency) is a creative talent agency representing stylists, photographers, hair and makeup artists, set and spatial designers, creative and art directors, nail technicians, and tailors. In addition to creative talent, Independent Artists offers a full-service location division and the Garden Studio — a 6,500 sq ft photography studio equipped with two kitchens for food styling shoots and three fashion bays.
Based in Dallas and Austin, Texas, we connect brands, publications, and production teams with the creative talent they need — from editorial shoots and commercial campaigns to experiential events and brand activations. With work spanning national and international publications including Texas Monthly, Harper's Bazaar, and Vogue, our artists bring vision and craft to every production.
